Job Summary:

Havel is looking for a Service Operations Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing customer maintenance agreements, supervising Service Technicians, and the overall success of the division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing customer maintenance agreements and services.
  • Supervise a group of Service Technicians
  • Coordination of Service Technicians' schedules with dispatch and customer
  • Repair and replacement proposal generation for service repairs with customers
  • Safety responsibility for the field in coordination with the Safety Team.
  • Manage account relationships with existing customers
  • Must be organized and possess good time management skills to prioritize workload

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with HVACR systems
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supervision
  • Proficient with HVACR troubleshooting and repairs
  • OSHA Safety awareness
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Mathematical and financial skills
  • Enjoy business development aspects of networking and attending industry events
  • Strong understanding and interest in modern technologies
