Job Description
Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective retail operations across multiple locations. Drive sales, improve customer satisfaction and optimize operational processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability across all retail locations.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to provide guidance and support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) and sales metrics to assess store performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and executive promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance and company policies, procedures and standards, including visual merchandising guidelines and inventory management processes.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and customer service skills of retail staff.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness, provide coaching and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance and HR, to streamline operational processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in retail operations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail management or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

  • Office environment. Utilizing an office desk - sitting, reading, listening, or speaking with the ability to move intermittently throughout the day.
  • Strong sensory skills, such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
  • Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, and phones.
  • Valid driver's license with good motor vehicle record. Must be 21 years of age and must carry company mandated liability limits.
  • Flexibility to travel to different retail locations, as needed.
