Job Description:

Senior Audit Manager with Crowe, LLP (Dallas, TX)

Responsible for leading and completing audits ensuring timely completion of projects to agreed service levels. Servicing a portfolio of key clients and successfully developing service offerings to meet demands. Audit of private equity owned healthcare companies.

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be involved in business development, lead teams, gain deep industry insight, and continue to grow relationships. With access to many resources and executive leadership and team support, this is what your work includes:

* Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.

* Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end. Your feedback is valuable.

* Communicating with clients to handle expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.

* Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients. We encourage creativity and to grow your expertise, which could make a difference at our firm.

* Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.

* Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.

* You will play a key role in future business generation by identifying new business opportunities through networking within industry. With your help, we will continue to grow as a firm.

Requires up to 50% domestic travel to client sites annually. This position allows for remote work and requires in-office presence a minimum of 2 days per week. Position reports to the company's office in Dallas, TX.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Position requires 4 years of related experience in public accounting, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Private Equity owned Healthcare clients, accounting for business combinations in accordance with ASC 805 and consolidation in accordance with ASC 810; International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP; Managing multiple complex client engagements; Business development, preparation of proposals, and supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks; Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues utilizing electronic databases, and employing audit software to review and compile financial information; and Experience with Caseware and Caseware Connector. Also requires an active CPA license issued by the State of Texas or an equivalent international qualification.

Offered Salary: $106,475 to $147,600 per year
